The Illinois Renewable Energy Association (IREA) supports sustainable energy development in Illinois. The IREA provides hands-on opportunities for the Illinois public to learn about the benefits, potentials, and uses of renewable energy and energy-efficiency for our homes and businesses.
The annual Tour of Solar Places will be held on Saturday, October 1, 2011 from 10:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. There is no charge. The North Central Illinois tour is hosted by the Illinois Renewable Energy Assocation.
The tenth annual Illinois Renewable Energy and Sustainable Lifestyle Fair is over, but plan on joining us for next year's fair. Local coverage of the fair.
